Jobat is seeking a proactive Customer Service and Sales Order Specialist in Belgium to support the EMEA region. You will be the main point of contact for customers, respond to requests, solve issues, and ensure a great customer experience.

You will manage the entire sales order process across EMEA, organize transport and logistics, liaise with production, logistics and customers to provide on-time information and ensure correct documentation for hazardous goods.

Responsabilités

• Point of contact for customers—responding to requests and solving issues to ensure a great customer experience
• Manage the entire sales order process for the EMEA region, including organizing transport and logistics and coordinating with service providers
• Ensure movements from Production and Storage sites include correct documentation and hazardous goods declarations
• Liaise with Sales, Product Marketing and Supply Chain to align terms, product availability, prices, credit limits and payment terms

• Managing the entire sales order process operations for EMEA region - handling the entire cycle including organizing transport and logistical aspects, liaising between different departments, service providers and providing on-time information to customer
• Ensuring that all the movements from the Production and Storage sites are made with correct documentation and declarations, particularly for hazardous goods
• Liasing with Sales, Product marketing and Supply Chain departments to align on terms and conditions, product availability, prices, credit limits, payment terms etc.
• Processing documentation requests (questionnaires, certifications, SDS and technical product information;) after sales
