ING Belgium is seeking a Customer Journey Expert within the Online Area of the Bank Guarantees team. You optimize the end-to-end customer experience for business lending; you analyze professional client needs and collaborate with IT, Product Owners, and stakeholders to design journeys that are simpler, faster and more customer-friendly.

You will contribute to the design and enhancement from concept to testing and implementation, ensuring that feedback translates into concrete actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a comparable role (Business Analyst, CJE, Product Owner, or Process Manager).
• Banking sector experience is an asset.
• Strong affinity for digitalization and innovation.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Analytical, customer-focused with excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and improve customer journeys within Business Lending.
• Translate business and customer needs into requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical processes.
• Follow up on incidents, identify solutions, and implement improvements.
