Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Customer Account Controller to join our Customer Fulfilment team. You will manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process for key customer accounts, ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with customer expectations.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and Finance. This role requires experience in FMCG, strong SAP and Excel skills, and a customer-focused,

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Fulfilment, Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain in FMCG.
• Experience managing relationships with large customer accounts.
• Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery using SAP.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate production planning and order fulfilment activities.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, allocations, and customer queries.
• Monitor deliveries and collaborate with logistics providers to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and forecasting reports and analyses.
• Support demand planning and customer forecasting activities.
• Monitor KPIs including OTIF and inventory management.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and customer visits.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Technical Services, and Graphics.
