In this role, you will manage the end-to-end operational follow-up of logistics processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and coordinating transport. You will act as a vital link between customers and internal departments, while also handling administrative tasks. Qualifications

• Initial work experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
• Knowledge or background within the logistics sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound logistics flows in the warehouse.
• Organising and following up pre- and on-carriage transport.
• Administrative processing of logistics files for assigned customers.
• Checking and following up data for invoicing.
• Handling and following up damage claims and operational deviations.
• Acting as operational contact between customer and internal teams.
