DSV is seeking a Logistics Officer in Desteldonk to oversee end-to-end operational follow-up of logistics processes, coordinating inbound/outbound flows and ensuring data accuracy for invoicing. You will liaison between customer and internal teams like warehouse, transport and customs to maintain service levels.

The role emphasizes process compliance, problem solving, and continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment with growth opportunities at DSV.

Qualifications

• Initial work experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound logistics flows in the warehouse.
• Organising and following up pre- and on-carriage transport.
• Administrative processing of logistics files for assigned customers.
• Checking and following up data for invoicing.
• Handling and following up damage claims and operational deviations.
• Solving operational issues in cooperation with internal departments.
• Acting as operational contact between customer and internal teams (warehouse, customs, transport, …).
• Following established processes and customer-specific work instructions.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions with stakeholders.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of processes.

As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for the end-to-end operational follow-up of logistics processes. You make sure that orders are correctly processed and followed up, and that all information needed for inbound and outbound flows in the warehouse is accurate and up to date. You also coordinate pre- and on-carriage transport, so that goods move smoothly through the supply chain. In this role, you are the link between the customer and internal departments such as warehouse, transport and customs. You ensure that operations run according to agreed processes and customer requirements. Next to the operational flow, you also take care of administrative accuracy, invoicing follow-up, claims handling and problem solving when issues occur.

You bring

• You have initial work experience in an administrative or customer-facing role. Knowledge or background within the logistics sector is a plus;
• You are customer-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.;
• You have a strong knowledge of Dutch and English.
