In this role, you will manage the operational follow-up of logistics processes, ensuring smooth order processing and coordination between customers and internal departments. You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in Dutch and English. Qualifications

• Initial work experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
• Knowledge or background within the logistics sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows in the warehouse.
• Organise and follow up pre- and on-carriage transport.
• Administrative processing of logistics files.
• Check and follow up data for invoicing.
• Handle and follow up damage claims.
• Solve operational issues with internal departments.
• Act as contact between customer and internal teams.
• Follow established processes and instructions.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
