Nexeo is seeking an Amicable Collection Officer to join a customer-oriented financial environment. You will manage amicable recovery, contact customers, and prevent escalation toward litigation with a structured approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in collection or banking, strong communication, and the ability to negotiate payment solutions while maintaining a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Manage amicable recovery of unpaid instalments and outstanding amounts.
• Contact customers in arrears via outgoing and incoming communications.
• Negotiate payment solutions and repayment arrangements.
• Maintain professional, customer-oriented relationships to prevent litigation.
• Document actions and follow-ups in systems.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
