TiTANS Consulting seeks a finance-oriented professional to recover unpaid instalments and maintain regular contact with customers in arrears. You will analyse files, negotiate settlements, and ensure proper treatment of accounts. The role requires fluent Dutch and French, strong English, and a customer-focused, diplomatic approach.

The position is hybrid with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking, offering an engaging team environment in Belgium.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Recover unpaid instalments to avoid the customer being transferred to litigation.

Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with our customers in arrears.

Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.

Education / Certification

Technical experience required
