The Chemours Company in Beveren, Belgium is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join our team. You will be the primary interface for customers and distributors, handling orders end-to-end, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring commitments are met while upholding quality standards.

We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Fluency in Dutch, English, French & Arabic is preferred; SAP knowledge and logistics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem-solver with strong planning abilities.
• Highly focused on customer satisfaction.
• Very accurate worker.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers and other roles internal to the business.
• Pro-actively notifies customers of late orders due to product availability or transportation issues.
• Interacts with internal network to ensure customer requirements are understood and commitments are met.
• Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and/or export orders.
• Manages the inquiry & order handling process end-to-end (OTC).
• Manages consignment stock: fill-up, inventory, invoicing, counting, reconciliation.
• Processes customer complaints and returns per policy and performs necessary analyses.
• Performs quality checks and takes corrective actions; monitors open orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follows procedures compliant with QS 9000, ISO and other quality systems.
• Provides backup coverage for other team members.
