Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative in Beveren, Belgium. You will be the primary interface for key customers and distributors, handling inquiries, orders and returns, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and accuracy within a collaborative, process-driven environment. Experience with SAP, logistics, and handling hazardous goods is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with all levels.
• Problem-solver with good planning and organizational skills.
• Very accurate worker focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary customer interface for external customers and distributors.
• Process all types of customer orders, including complex and export orders.
• Manage inquiries, order handling (E2E OTC) and consignment stock.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and support complaint handling and returns.
• Collaborate across internal teams to meet customer requirements.
