Chemours Belgium is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join the Beveren team. You will act as the primary interface for customers and distributors, manage orders end-to-end, and coordinate with internal teams to meet commitments in a dynamic chemical industry environment.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accuracy in stock, invoicing and delivery schedules while adhering to quality standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with all levels.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary interface for important external customers and distributors.
• Process all types of customer orders, including complex/export orders.
• Manage consignment stock and invoicing; ensure on-time deliveries.
