Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator to partner with the management team to develop and assist in the Project coordination & link Customer Care - VDC (Virtual Design and Construction).

You will liaise with the Sales Admin team, Operations and VDC to ensure smooth project handling, quotes and orders, and monitor material availability. You will support training, drive customer satisfaction, and help ensure profitable operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
• Customer-, goal- and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel overnight infrequently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functional.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales Admin and VDC to handle Site Ready Solutions projects, including quotes and orders.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales management to ensure timely project handling.
• Monitor material availability and expedite items as required.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and SRS Team for timely material availability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and profitability by following policies and procedures.
• Assist Customer Care with analyzing and resolving inquiries with the Training and development team.
• Support Customer Care Training and development team.
• Assist in various tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by Customer Care management.

The Role:

As a Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator you will be responsible to partner with the management team to develop and assist in the Project coordination & link Customer Care - VDC (Virtual Design and Construction)

What you will do

• Liaise both with the Sales Admin project coordination team and VDC team to ensure smooth Site Ready Solutions project handling and follow-up. This includes all quote and order related tasks, to ensure a timely and effective handling of the entire project.
• Liaise both with the Operations and Sales management team to ensure smooth project handling and follow-up. This includes all quote and order related tasks, to ensure a timely and effective handling of the entire project.
• Monitoring material availability, expediting items when required and thorough follow up.
• Liaising with the Supply Chain and the SRS Team to ensure timely availability of material
• Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability by consistently adhering to policies and procedures established by Customer Care and the organization.
• Assist the customer care team in analyzing and resolving customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns by utilizing best practices and established procedures. This is done in cooperation with the Customer Care Training and development team.
• Act as support for the Customer Care Training and development team.
• Assist in various tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Care management team.
