Victaulic is seeking a Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator to partner with management in developing and assisting in Project coordination and linking Customer Care with VDC (Virtual Design and Construction).

You will liaise with Sales Admin, VDC, Operations and Sales to ensure smooth project handling from quotes to orders, monitor material availability, and support customer satisfaction while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Customer, goal and detail oriented.
• Willing to travel overnight occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with Sales Admin project coordination team and VDC to manage quotes and orders for Site Ready Solutions projects.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales management to ensure timely project handling and follow-up.
• Monitor material availability and expedite items as needed; follow up thoroughly.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and SRS Team to ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability by adhering to policies and procedures.
• Assist Customer Care in analyzing and resolving customer requests with training/development teams.
• Support Customer Care training and development team and assist in various tasks as assigned.

The Role:

As a Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator you will be responsible to partner with the management team to develop and assist in the Project coordination & link Customer Care - VDC (Virtual Design and Construction)

What you will do

• Liaise both with the Sales Admin project coordination team and VDC team to ensure smooth Site Ready Solutions project handling and follow-up. This includes all quote and order related tasks, to ensure a timely and effective handling of the entire project.




• Liaise both with the Operations and Sales management team to ensure smooth project handling and follow-up. This includes all quote and order related tasks, to ensure a timely and effective handling of the entire project.




• Monitoring material availability, expediting items when required and thorough follow up.




• Liaising with the Supply Chain and the SRS Team to ensure timely availability of material




• Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability by consistently adhering to policies and procedures established by Customer Care and the organization.




• Assist the customer care team in analyzing and resolving customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns by utilizing best practices and established procedures. This is done in cooperation with the Customer Care Training and development team.




• Act as support for the Customer Care Training and development team.




• Assist in various tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Care management team.
