Job summary

Nodalview is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care & Logistics Intern to join our international team in Brussels. You will engage with customers via chat, email, and phone, helping with product questions, billing topics, and orders while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing PropTech scale-up.

Fluent French and good English are required; you will split your time between customer care (60%) and logistics (40%), and you’ll contribute to shaping the customer experience strategy from day

• Available for at least 5 months starting December 2026 or January 2027

Responsibilities

• Be our customers' go-to person via chat, email, and phone; handle product questions, commercial requests, billing topics
• Be the voice of the customer; share feedback with Product and shape future iterations
• Keep things moving; arrange shipping of orders and follow up on hardware warranties
• Help us raise the bar by contributing to the Nodalview customer experience strategy
• See how a scale-up works; collaborate with every department and manage churn, downsell, and upsell conversations with French customers

We're seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Customer Success department at Nodalview! As a Customer Care & LogisticsIntern, you'll work directly with our international team, engaging with customers and providing assistance in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Your time will be split roughly between 60% customer care and 40% logistics.

• Be our customers' go-to person: advise and guide them through Nodalview by chat, email, and phone. You'll handle it all: product questions, commercial requests, billing topics...

• Manage churn, downsell, and upsell conversations with clients, identifying opportunities to retain and grow accounts within the French customer base

Who are we looking for?

• You're a Bachelor's or Master's student and can provide an internship agreement

• French is your native language (you'll mainly talk to French customers), and you're comfortable in English (it's our team language)

• You're available for at least 5 months, starting December 2026 or January 2027

• You're eligible to work in the EU
