Job summary

Oltera PG is looking for a CSV Engineer to join a Geel-based project supporting a pharmaceutical company. Juniors are encouraged to apply, with hybrid options depending on project phase. The role welcomes employees and freelancers/contractors and includes a broad benefits package.

The position emphasizes clear validation planning, regulatory alignment, and hands-on testing to ensure data integrity and audit readiness. Strong English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Bio)Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, or similar.
• Curious, thorough, and ready to take ownership of validation tasks.
• Interest in software validation and pharmaceutical regulations (basic knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus).
• Strong English communication skills; Dutch is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, usable validation plans and IQ / OQ / PQ protocols.
• Execute tests to verify system functionality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate client needs into documented validation requirements and validation reports.
• Collaborate with project teams and the client in Geel to keep validation on-time and audit-ready.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with calm, evidence-backed answers.
