Vector Synergy is seeking a Brussels-based Logistics Support Expert to manage receipt, storage, distribution, movement and disposal of CIS assets in a NATO context. You will maintain asset records and coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services in line with procedures.

The role requires experience with logistics systems, asset accountability, and BI tools, within an international military-civilian environment, and NATO Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 2 years post-related experience with higher vocational training, or 4 years post-related experience with secondary qualification.
• Logistics or supply chain management training.
• Understanding of asset acquisition procedures.
• Experience with NATO resource management tools.
• Experience using Oracle BI for Logistics or Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience in an international military-civilian environment.

Responsabilités

• Providing logistics and asset management services covering receipt, storage, distribution, movement, inventory, accountability, and disposal of CIS assets.
• Maintaining accurate asset records, supporting warehouse operations, coordinating with technical and logistics personnel, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CIS asset accountability records.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years of post-related experience ;
• Vocational training in Supply, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management ;
• Proven understanding of Asset Acquisition procedures.
• Practical experience in the use of NATO resource management tools ;
• Knowledge and proven experience in the use of Oracle Business Intelligence for Logistics or Microsoft Power BI ;
• Prior experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
