Sunrise is seeking a high-impact individual contributor blending strategy and execution to accelerate growth across Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, GTM, Operations, Product, and Finance. You will translate strategy into actionable programs and work with executives to drive expansion in a fast-growing environment.

You'll move between strategic framing and hands-on execution weekly, stress-testing business assumptions and untangling complex processes. Travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related roles in high-growth settings.
• Experience scaling a sales-led go-to-market motion with quota-bearing teams.
• Proven ability to influence decisions across senior leaders without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and roll out go-to-market initiatives across channels and growth paths.
• Lead cross-functional programs from inception to delivery with clear milestones.
• Improve Revenue Operations processes, tooling, and reporting for visibility and growth.
• Partner with the CRO and channel leads to set priorities and allocate resources.
• Support annual/quarterly planning and strategic decision-making.
