JD.COM Belgium is seeking a Cross-Border Logistics Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end cross-border shipments across Europe, from destination port to warehouse. You will manage warehouse entry reservations, track cargo, coordinate bookings and customs declarations, and generate KPI reports to support optimization.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher, at least 3 years in cross-border operations, and fluency in Chinese and English.

• Prior experience with customs or cross-border trade is preferred.

What You'll Do

About You

• Industry Experience: 3 years or above
• Position-related Experience: 3 years or above
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English
• Professional Skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; candidates with customs or cross-border trade professional training are preferred
