SELECT HR is seeking an organized logistics administrator to open and manage operational files in internal systems from start to finish, and to handle all shipment-related documentation including customs and ocean freight documents.

You will ensure timely data processing, manage incoming and outgoing orders, process invoicing, and communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders about shipment status and operational matters.
