You will oversee onboarding, evaluation, collaboration and phased‑out eliminations, while optimizing resource allocation and ensuring service quality and cost control for B2B transportation.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for full‑lifecycle management of B2B capacity service providers. Oversee provider onboarding, assessment, collaboration and phased‑out elimination, optimize resource allocation, and ensure controllable B2B transportation service quality and cost.
• Service Provider System Management Lead the establishment of B2B capacity provider system covering onboarding, grading, assessment and elimination. Formulate management rules and service standards, and oversee provider recruitment, evaluation and removal.
• Service Quality Control Oversee B2B transportation service quality monitoring. Lead collaborative rectification of exceptions from service providers, supervise providers to meet service requirements, and guarantee delivery timeliness and quality for B2B customers.
• Resource & Cost Coordination Lead capacity scheduling and cost control for service providers. Optimize resource allocation to match B2B business needs. Drive business negotiation and price optimization to balance capacity supply and cost.
• Collaboration & Enablement Engage key service providers and set up business collaboration mechanisms. Roll out standard guidelines and capability training for providers to drive continuous service improvement.
• Cross‑team Collaboration Align service provider management rules with business, procurement and finance teams. Jointly resolve cross‑functional issues including reconciliation, payment and compliance.

About You

• Industry Experience: 5+ years
• Position Experience: 3+ years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Language: Proficient in Chinese and English
• Professional Skills: Experienced in full lifecycle management of B2B capacity providers, familiar with third-party logistics provider operation models and B2B transportation business logic. Experience in provider resource expansion, quality control and cost optimization projects is preferred. Strong capabilities in business negotiation, resource planning and cross-team collaboration.
