UPEO is seeking a seasoned functional consultant or business analyst to lead CRM implementations and collaborate closely with client teams. You will translate conversations into verified requirements and designs, map processes, and drive delivery through agile ceremonies, ensuring value at every step.

You’ll work across client contexts, champion workshops, and continuously improve our templates and methods while maintaining strong client relationships after go-live.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a functional consultant or business analyst on CRM projects.
• Demonstrable talent for absorbing unfamiliar business contexts quickly.
• Real listening skills and empathy to anticipate unstated needs.
• Strong facilitation and comfort presenting to diverse audiences.
• Fluent, precise writing of requirements and technical docs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the functional stream of CRM implementations: discovery, analysis, design, and delivery, alongside our technical consultants.
• Immerse yourself in each client's business fast enough to be useful in week one.
• Design, organise, and facilitate workshops to drive decisions.
• Translate what you hear into requirements, user stories, and functional designs validated with the client.
• Map and write up business processes, as-is and to-be, in a shared language.
