Orange Business in Brussels is looking for a CRM Functional Analyst to join our Dynamics 365 & Power Platform team on a hybrid basis. You will translate client needs into functional requirements, facilitate workshops, and bridge business with IT to tailor solutions that leverage out-of-the-box features before custom builds.

The role focuses on discovery, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end backlog ownership within a dynamic, consulting-driven environment.
