Gaming1 invites a CRM Specialist to join its Marketing team in a hybrid role blending strategic planning with hands-on CRM execution across casino and poker campaigns for the 777.CH brand.

You will create, implement and optimize promotional CRM campaigns, coordinate with casino teams and game providers, and analyze results to drive player engagement while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CRM experience, ideally in online casino.
• Experience using a CRM platform (Optimove) is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of CRM strategies and practices.
• Experience with multiple marketing channels (email, SMS, web/push).
• Analytical and highly organized with a drive for optimization via data.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Business proficiency in German and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, implement, monitor, coordinate, optimize and analyze the promotional Casino and Poker CRM campaigns across our brand and external partners.
• Coordinate promotions with Casino Team and external game providers, coordinating promotions, visuals and marketing support for new game releases.
• Build engaging cross-sell experiences across touchpoints and channels.
• Collaborate with Casino, Poker & Landbased campaigns and handle any manual procedures related to these campaigns.
• Process complaints transferred by CS, the partners or the Account Managers.
• Monitor website results to readjust the strategy while aiming for annual objectives.
• Maintain CMS content for the 777.ch site, including QA and bug fixes, with agency collaboration.
• Define objectives, outline timing and reverse scheduling for each campaign and ensure deadlines are met.
• Reflect on segmentation and targeting (game preference, gaming frequency, etc).
• Assist with weekly campaign reporting and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Stay in constant exchange with internal and external stakeholders.

THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a CRM Specialist to join its Marketing team.

As Casino CRM Specialist, you will work closely with our lifecycle strategists and with the rest of the Promotion team to support and help implement and enhance the overall CRM strategy for the GAMING1 brand 777.CH based in Baden.

The main responsibilities of the role will include assisting with campaign creation,execution,optimization andanalysisfor allcasinoand poker campaigns across our brand. You will also handle the settling of any manual promotion and be responsible for actioning any campaign amendments when needed. You will be naturally analytical and highly attentive, ensuring a good level of targeting, testing and reporting is applied across all campaigns.

Reporting to our CH Market Lead this role will have significant customer impact, bolstering customer experience and engagement.

YOUR ROLE

• Create, put in place, monitor, coordinate, optimize and analyze the promotional Casino and Poker CRM campaigns across our brand and external partners.
• Work closely with our internal Casino Team and external game providers coordinating promotions, website visuals and marketing support for new game releases.
• Helpto create an engaging cross sell experience that is mirrored and tracked across all touchpoints and channels.
• Be flexible and work as part of a team, helping with Casino, Poker & Landbased campaigns when needed and any manual procedures relating to these campaigns.
• Process complaints transferred by CS, the partners or the Account Managers.
• Monitor the results of different websites to readjust the strategy while remaining focused on achieving the annual objectives.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the CMS content of our 777.ch website, including quality assurance and bug fixes, in collaboration with our agency.
• Define the objectives, outline, timing and reverse scheduling of each campaign and ensure the deadlines are respected.
• Reflect on and carry out the segmentation and appropriate targeting (game preference, gaming frequency, etc).

YOUR PROFILE
