GAMING1 is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for our tech-focused teams. You will source, screen, and assess candidates, craft compelling job descriptions, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The role offers a hybrid model with up to 50% remote work, within an international, growth-oriented environment. You will drive talent strategies, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to projects across the Talent Acquisition team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech/digital/fast-growing environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and terminology, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to assess both technical competencies and soft skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.

THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an experienced Talent Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team.

As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding the talents who will contribute to Gaming1’s success.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the broader HR department to ensure a smooth, professional, and candidate-centric recruitment experience.
