CHANEL in Brussels offers a 6-month CRM & Client Data Assistant internship starting January 2027, based in Brussels. You will support the CRM team across Benelux & Scandinavia, focusing on client data analysis, campaign operations and reporting.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Retail teams to drive CRM strategy. You will gain hands-on experience in client data analysis, campaign reporting, and EDM execution, while developing analytical,

• Solid Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

About the job

This 6-month CRM & Client Data Assistant internship, based in Brussels from January 2027, immerses you in the CRM team for Fragrance & Beauty across Benelux & Scandinavia. You focus on client data analysis, campaign operations, and reporting. You will report to the CRM Manager, and work closely with the CRM Specialist, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Retail teams.

• Plan and coordinate the gifting programme across eligibility rules, forecasts, order planning and client experience

• Manage client cases with La Ligne de CHANEL and boutique managers, from investigation to closure
• Support loyalty programme operations and help equip boutique teams to deliver CRM and La Collection initiatives
