Chanel Inc. in Brussels offers a 6-month CRM & Client Data Assistant internship starting January 2027. You will join the CRM team for Fragrance & Beauty across Benelux & Scandinavia, focusing on client data analysis, campaign operations, and reporting.

You will report to the CRM Manager and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Retail teams. The role develops hands-on skills in data-driven CRM, EDM execution, and loyalty initiatives within a luxury house.

Competenze

• Analytical mindset with interest in numbers and client data.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and eager to learn in a luxury brand environment.
• Good communication in English, French and/or Dutch.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly CRM dashboards and ad-hoc analyses.
• Plan and coordinate gifting programme across eligibility rules and forecasts.
• Support EDM and local campaigns and coordinate print campaigns.
• Manage client cases with La Ligne de CHANEL and boutique managers.
• Support loyalty programme operations and CRM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing and Operations teams.
