CHANEL in Brussels is offering a 6-month CRM & Client Data Assistant internship starting January 2027. You will immerse in the CRM team for Fragrance & Beauty across Benelux & Scandinavia, focusing on client data analysis, campaign operations and reporting.

You will report to the CRM Manager and collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Retail teams, gaining autonomy and ownership of projects during the placement.

Formación

• An analytical mindset and a strong interest in working with numbers and client data.
• Solid Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly CRM dashboards and ad-hoc analyses, and help refine the data that guides CRM strategy
• Plan and coordinate the gifting programme across eligibility rules, forecasts, order planning and client experience
• Support EDM and local campaigns and coordinate print campaigns, from client lists and validation to post-campaign recommendations
• Manage client cases with La Ligne de CHANEL and boutique managers, from investigation to closure
• Support loyalty programme operations and help equip boutique teams to deliver CRM and La Collection initiatives

About The Job

This 6-month CRM & Client Data Assistant internship, based in Brussels from January 2027, immerses you in the CRM team for Fragrance & Beauty across Benelux & Scandinavia.
