CHANEL in Brussels is seeking a PR Intern for Fragrance & Beauty in the Benelux PR team. You will support press, influencer and launch activity, and report to the PR Specialist for Fragrance & Beauty.

Based in Brussels, you will work with journalists, influencers and internal teams to secure materials and approvals. The role offers hands-on experience in PR, media relations, influencer marketing and event support, with exposure to launches, reports and campaign analyses.

Competenze

Fluent spoken and written Dutch is mandatory.
Good understanding of French and English.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proactive, hands-on approach with ownership.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day press and influencer requests, including product send-outs, loans, price requests, shooting requests and MUA requests from checking product availability to practical coordination.
Keep inventory accurate for press products, influencer send-outs and MUA needs so the right products are always available.
Support new product launches by preparing press releases, translations, product information, price lists and press materials, working with Marketing and other teams to get the information needed.
Monitor print, online and social-media coverage and influencer activity using media-monitoring tools, and turn the findings into media, influencer, launch and event reports with clear analysis and key learnings.
Research and select relevant influencers, and help plan, coordinate and run PR events and influencer activations.
