LVMH Fragrance Brands is offering a 6-month internship in Brussels to support the Retail Department and contribute to the commercial strategy.

You will assist with follow-up files, CRM reports, monthly sales analysis, and the creation of sales tools and memos.

Fluency in French and/or Dutch, plus English, and strong Excel skills are valued as you work closely with the Givenchy Kenzo Sales teams and retail events.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Business, Marketing, or Communication School.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch; English is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Office suite, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the commercial strategy and provide various analytic supports.
• Prepare follow-up files (internal newsletter, competitive assessment, management of our visibility).
• Manage and follow-up in CRM: internal team reports, planning verification.
• Training follow-up (external pools & freelancers’ profiles).
• POS evaluation follow-up: encoding, verification.
• Assist the retail coordinator in the monthly sales analysis.
• Assist the Givenchy Kenzo Sales Representatives with field support and KPI feedback.
