Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field; Business/Commerce preferred
• 0–2 years' experience in a fast-paced selling environment or commercial analytics role
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and BI tools (PowerBI)
• Proficient in databases, MS Office and financial software applications
• Strong analytical skills and reporting abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally in international teams

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and deployment of Business Analytics tools.
• Develop reports and apps for business with the Senior Business Analyst.
• Assist the sales organization with questions about tool usage and bug fixes.
• Deliver training for dataset usage, PowerBI, reports (videos, live sessions).
• Maintain documentation on data, processes and rules; provide end-user support.
• Support adoption of tools and reports and manage user rights for EMEA CRM reports and tools.
• Contribute to market analysis and prepare insights for sales and marketing leaders.
