Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Commercial Excellence Intern for six months to join the CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Belgium. You will support analytics initiatives, help build reports and apps, and assist sales with tool usage and issue resolution.

The role focuses on training, adoption of PowerBI-based reports, and data-driven insights for product launches and marketing initiatives. Strong English and collaboration across EMEA teams are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance or analytics preferred.
• 0–2 years in Commercial Excellence or analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI is required.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and deployment of Business Analytics tools for CRM in EMEA.
• Assist in developing new reports and apps with the Senior Business Analyst.
• Help end-users and sales teams with tool usage and bug fixes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering requirements and prioritizing levers.
• Maintain documentation on data, processes, and rules and deliver training materials.
