Weerts Group in Liège is seeking a Functional Analyst — ERP to strengthen the IT team and support ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 across finance, logistics, and real estate. You translate business needs into functional specs, collaborate with developers and vendors, and drive testing, training, and user adoption in a hands-on role.
Fluent in French and English, with 3–5 years of BA/FA experience and Dynamics 365 knowledge, you will contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, growth-oriented
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as Functional/Business Analyst in IT or consulting.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central).
- Experience in logistics, real estate, or finance domains is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and translate into functional specs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to design solutions.
- Configure, test, and roll out ERP modules including Dynamics 365; perform functional testing and UAT.
- Support change management through training and clear documentation.
- Participate in IT projects from scoping to go-live and manage functional backlog.
