Schréder SA in Liège, Belgium, is seeking a D365 CRM & Sales Business Analyst to govern and evolve its Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will act as the functional IT contact between domain leads, BPOs, global boards and partners to ensure stable lifecycle and rollout of Microsoft applications.

You will manage application availability, coordinate changes, analyze business requirements, translate them into specifications, and monitor post-release behavior, while promoting standard Microsoft

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial business processes.
• Certifications or training related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, project delivery, Lean / Six Sigma, ITIL or similar frameworks are assets.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions with developers and architects.
• Strong analytical mindset and pragmatic problem solving.
• Ability to understand complex business processes quickly and challenge proposals constructively.

Responsabilités

• Own daily management of Dynamics 365 applications: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights/Marketing, Project Operations and Finance & Operations.
• Analyze business requirements and assess feasibility with Microsoft capabilities.
• Configure and maintain rollout settings; ensure governance and security concepts.
• Coordinate rollout readiness and validate post-release behavior.
• Collaborate with partners, support teams, and stakeholders across regions.
