Business Elements, a Reply Group company, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to serve as the primary contact for customers and teams on MS Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories for developers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, workshops, and training, with strong emphasis on communication, organization, and agile/waterfall experience. Fluent English and Dutch or French are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/CE/Business Engineering or related field.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and Agile) is a plus.
• D365 CE certifications is a plus.
• Fluent in English as well as either Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

Junior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Tasks

• Be the point of contact for our customers and for your team for all functional aspects and knowledge related to MS-Dynamics 365 CRM / CE (Customer Engagement) project
• Analysing Business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0)
• Conduct Customer interviews/workshops
• Gather and redact functional specifications and requirements (Functional Analysis)
• Create Gap analysis for specific requests
• Create and prioritise user stories for our developers in our development tools
• Prepare test plans and scenarios as well as preparing and performing user training
