Avanade Belgium is seeking a Solution Developer to design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will develop plug-ins in C#/.NET, leveraging JavaScript and Azure services to support cross-functional delivery across Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service teams.

The role requires strong CRM know-how, 3+ years in projects, and fluency in English with Dutch or French. Join a collaborative, international team focused on innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with CRM systems, able to handle complex projects.
• Experience working in project-mode environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, including configuring, customizing and developing CRM solutions.
• Strong software development skills: design, develop, test and deploy CRM solutions.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Passionate about implementing CRM in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem? Join our team as a Solution Developer and participate in the creation and implementation of innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to address our customers' business challenges.

The CE team carries out projects relate to the Microsoft Dynamics 356 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service. Of course, the Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise and so are Copilot, PVA and DCCP.

You will be part of a fun and dedicated team made up of enthusiastic, motivated, and supportive colleagues. The team is cross-skilled, including functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants in addition to our technical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the needs expressed in functional specification documents to develop plug-ins in C# and .NET languages.


• Mastery of project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-cycle) and ability to put them into practice in an international context.


• Expertise required in JavaScript, Azure and web services technologies to support functional profiles in application design.


• Support clients throughout the project using development skills and mastered technologies.


• Support our Business Analysts for the design of the solution

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of CRM systems and an ability to work on complex projects.


• Practical experience of working in project mode is necessary.


• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 is essential, including the ability to configure, customize and develop CRM solutions tailored to specific customer needs.


• Strong software development skills and the ability to design, develop, test and deploy custom CRM solutions.


• Ability to analyze customer needs, identify potential issues and propose innovative and effective solutions using features provided by Dynamics 365


• Fluency in communication in English and Dutch/French.
