Avanade Belgium is seeking a Solution Developer to design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will develop plug-ins in C#/.NET, leveraging JavaScript and Azure services to support cross-functional delivery across Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service teams.

The role requires strong CRM know-how, 3+ years in projects, and fluency in English with Dutch or French. Join a collaborative, international team focused on innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with CRM systems, able to handle complex projects.
• Experience working in project-mode environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, including configuring, customizing and developing CRM solutions.
• Strong software development skills: design, develop, test and deploy CRM solutions.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Analyze needs in functional specs to develop plug-ins in C# and .NET.
• Master Scrum, Agile and V-cycle methodologies in an international context.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Azure and web services to support solution design.
• Support clients throughout projects using development skills.
• Assist Business Analysts in designing the solution.
