Projective Group seeks a Fraud Project Manager to guide strategic fraud transformation initiatives within financial institutions, covering platform transformations, fraud prevention, and operating model redesign. You will coordinate teams, translate objectives into roadmaps, and drive adoption of new processes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in fraud-focused PM, strong English and Dutch/French skills, and experience in consulting or project-based roles within financial services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management on fraud topics in the financial services or payments industries.
• Native fluency in Dutch or French and fluent English
• A degree in law, criminology, business or a related field.
• Experience working in consulting or in a project-based role.
• Proven track record guiding transformation programmes, regulatory projects or operational change initiatives.
• Good understanding of fraud risk management and fraud prevention within financial services.
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring, transaction monitoring, financial crime frameworks and relevant regulations.

• Guiding end-to-end fraud transformation programmes within financial institutions.
• Translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Managing large-scale change initiatives involving fraud, risk and compliance.
• Coordinating teams and driving stakeholder alignment.
• Supporting the implementation of fraud prevention and monitoring solutions.
• Monitoring programme delivery, managing risks and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
