Keystone Solutions is seeking an Operations Officer to join a client-site consultancy role, handling end-to-end KYC activities for corporate banking clients with international operations. You will coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data encoding across systems, while communicating in French, Dutch, or English.

The role requires 2+ years in KYC, a strong finance focus, and proficiency in MS Office and IT tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in KYC processes and tasks with corporate clients.
• Experience in banking KYC domain for legal entities.
• Relevant education in economics, law, or business management.
• Strong interest in finance and banking products.
• Commercial experience is preferable.
• Good expertise in MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Understand and apply the full KYC process, including cross-border aspects, based on legal and international requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of KYC files for corporate banking clients with international operations and turnover exceeding 7.5 million EUR.
• Analyze required information and documents from clients, ensure timely client contact and follow-up, and encode information in systems.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and compliance departments to resolve issues and find solutions.
• Communicate progress and potential difficulties with the team manager.
• Conduct communications with clients in French, Dutch, or English.
