Keystone Solutions seeks a Copywriter to work on-site with a client’s Marketing & Communications department within the Storytelling Chapter. You will transform briefs into high-value content across channels and align with pillars and business goals, translating texts between Dutch and French and leveraging AI tools for research and optimization.

You will collaborate with audiovisual experts to convert stories into videos and short formats, while ensuring compliance with language and advertising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, languages, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a Storyteller with strong editorial skills.
• Ability to write engaging texts for all formats and channels; proficient with AI tools.

Responsabilités

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Copywriter for a consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our company on-site at the client, working within their Marketing & Communications department as part of the Storytelling Chapter.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the transformation of the MarCom department, placing content at the heart of strategy.
• Translate briefings into high-value content aligned with content pillars and business objectives for your segment.
• Create and optimize content for all channels (articles, emails, social media posts, video scripts, etc.) in line with tone of voice, guidelines, and target segment expectations.
• Develop and optimize content for SEO/GEO to ensure visibility in search engines, AI Overviews, and LLM answers, applying best practices and using Surfer SEO to enhance content authority.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, and multichannel adaptation while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Audiovisual Experts to translate stories into videos, carousels, or short formats.
• Work in tandem with a French-speaking Storyteller, adapting and translating texts into Dutch.
• Propose concrete optimizations based on content performance (traffic, engagement, CTR, SOV, conversions).
• Ensure compliance with regulations for your content (B2 language level, non-misleading commercial communication, anti-greenwashing).

Required Languages:

• Dutch: Native level, excellent writing skills.
• French: Very good passive knowledge, able to adapt and translate texts, understand briefings, and participate in meetings.
• English: Good knowledge, able to translate and adapt English texts into Dutch and use English sources.

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, languages, literature, or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skills:

• Experienced Storyteller with at least 6 years of experience.
• Excellent editorial skills and strong sense of clarity.
• Ability to write engaging and accessible texts for all formats and channels.
• Proficient in using AI tools for research, copywriting, optimization, and translation.
• Journalistic background and experience writing thought-leadership or accessible technical content.
• Experience with SEO optimization.
• Preferred: Good understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journeys, ability to interpret performance indicators (engagement, reach, CTR, SOV), experience with GEO optimization, experience with the Individuals segment, and experience in the banking or financial sector.
