V-IT NV is seeking a Digital Copywriter - Expert to join the Chapter Storytelling within the Marketing & Communications department in Brussels. You will work in an Agile, multidisciplinary team focused on the Individuals segment, creating and optimizing content for articles, emails, social posts, and video scripts.

Responsabilités

• Play a key role in transforming the MarCom department with a focus on content strategy.
• Translate briefings into high-value content aligned with content pillars and business objectives.

Role Description:

As a Digital Copywriter, you will be part of the Chapter Storytelling within the Marketing & Communications (MarCom) department. Reporting to the Chapter Lead Storytelling, you will work in an Agile environment within a multidisciplinary team focused on the 'Individuals' segment, targeting retail customers. You will collaborate closely with MarCom Managers, Digital Marketing Experts, and Visual Creators.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in transforming the MarCom department with a focus on content strategy.
• Translate briefings into high-value content aligned with content pillars and business objectives.
• Create and optimize content for various channels (articles, emails, social media posts, video scripts) in line with the tone of voice and target segment expectations.
• Ensure content visibility through SEO/GEO optimization and apply best practices using tools like Surfer SEO.
• Utilize AI tools for research, copywriting, and multichannel adaptation while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Audiovisual Experts to translate stories into videos, carousels, or short formats.
• Work in tandem with a French-speaking Storyteller, translating and adapting texts into Dutch.
• Propose concrete optimizations based on content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, CTR, SOV, conversions).
• Ensure compliance with content regulations (B2 language level, non-misleading commercial communication, anti-greenwashing).

Required Languages:

• Dutch: Excellent knowledge – Native level, excellent writing skills.
• French: Very good passive knowledge – Ability to adapt and translate texts, understand briefings, and participate in meetings.
• English: Good knowledge – Ability to translate and adapt English texts into Dutch and use English sources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Languages, Literature, or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Storyteller.
• Excellent editorial skills and clarity in writing.
• Ability to write engaging and accessible texts for all formats and channels.
• Proficient in using AI tools for research, copywriting, optimization, and translation.
• Preferably, a good understanding of the marketing funnel and Customer Journeys.
• Ability to interpret performance indicators (engagement, reach, CTR, SOV).

Professional Experience:

• Required: Journalistic background and experience in writing thought-leadership or accessible technical content. Experience with SEO optimization.
• Preferred: Experience with GEO optimization, the Individuals segment, and the banking or financial sector.
