Keystone Solutions seeks a dedicated credit/collections specialist on a consultancy mission in Belgium. You will engage with client projects on-site, representing Keystone Solutions and delivering value through expert debt management.

You will recover unpaid instalments, maintain regular contact with customers in arrears, and analyse files to support effective negotiation and resolution. The role combines on-site client work with 50% homeworking, offering dynamic project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools.

Responsabilités

• Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
• Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
• Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.

Language Requirements

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Profound knowledge.

Education

• Bachelor or Master degree.

Telework

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience

• Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory).
• Familiar with various IT tools (mandatory).

Business Experience

• Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).
