Keystone Solutions is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to represent us on-site at client projects, delivering expert agile coaching within a dynamic IT environment. This consultancy mission requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, solid Jira and agile reporting skills, knowledge of Kanban, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French.

Remote work will be 50% on-site and 50% homeworking. You will work in cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and promote

Responsabilités

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings.
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology.
• Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles.
• Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.
• Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
• Coach and challenge the Project Team.
• Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization.
• Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions.
• Act as ambassador of agile methods within the company.
• Provide reporting to superiors on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects.
• Risk and issue management.
• Work in cross-functional agile teams, contributing to other disciplines as needed to reach sprint goals.

Mission Overview:

The consultant will represent Keystone Solutions on-site at the client, delivering expert Scrum Master services within an agile IT environment. This is a consultancy mission where you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira).
• Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.
• Sound knowledge of software development methodology.
• Sound knowledge of project management methodology.
• Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban).
• Sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language (Dutch or French).
