Keystone Solutions seeks a Project Support Officer for a client-site consultancy mission, representing Keystone Solutions. You will work to support the Lead Program Manager and Initiative Owners in a strategic Data Transformation Program.

The role is split 50% on-site and 50% working from home, offering exposure to diverse client environments and senior stakeholder interaction. You will contribute to governance, reporting, and roadmap activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO or governance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Proficient in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Support the Lead Program Manager in day-to-day management of the transformation program.
• Organize governance bodies and steering committees and schedule meetings.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and decision registers.
• Ensure follow-up of actions and delivery commitments across initiatives.
• Maintain the program roadmap and consolidate planning information.
• Produce management reporting and executive dashboards.
• Ensure governance artefacts are up to date and documented.
• Assist with project and portfolio management tooling (Excel, Planner, SharePoint).

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to support the Lead Program Manager and Initiative Owners in a strategic Data Transformation Program.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Program Manager in the day-to-day management of the transformation program.
• Organize and coordinate governance bodies, steering committees, management committees, and program review meetings.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, action logs, and decision registers.
• Ensure follow-up of decisions, actions, and execution commitments across all initiatives.
• Maintain the consolidated program roadmap and planning.
• Consolidate planning information from multiple initiatives.
• Monitor progress against key deliverables and identify deviations requiring management attention.
• Prepare recurring management reporting and steering committee packages.
• Consolidate KPIs, milestones, budget information, dependencies, and risks into executive dashboards.
• Produce clear management presentations for senior stakeholders and Executive Management.
• Ensure consistent reporting standards across all initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation management and version control.
• Support project and portfolio management tooling (Excel, Planner, SharePoint or equivalent).
• Ensure governance artefacts are up to date and available.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMO or Program Governance experience.
• Portfolio and project management methodologies.
• Budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Executive reporting and presentation preparation.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• SharePoint and collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting large programs or strategic initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and management committees.
• Strong understanding of program governance and reporting processes.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivery teams simultaneously.
• Experience in Data, Reporting or Analytics programs (preferable).
• Experience in banking, insurance or regulated environments (preferable).
• Consulting or transformation office experience (preferable).
• Highly structured and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Communicative (reporting).
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working with senior management.
• Sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language (Dutch and/or French).
