Job summary

Movify in Brussels is seeking an AI & Data professional to join our Belgium team. You’ll build, test and deploy AI agents in Copilot Studio, connect to SharePoint, Dataverse and APIs, and translate business needs into concrete use cases.

You’ll collaborate with business users, document your work, and move projects to production in a hybrid onsite/remote setup at our Auderghem office. English and French or Dutch are required, with 1–5 years of Power Platform experience.

• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Built flows and automations from start to finish.
• First experience in a large organisation or a consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Write and fine‑tune agent instructions for accuracy.

About the job

Many organisations running on Microsoft 365 want to automate more of their work with AI. Movify helps them get there: our AI & Data experts support client teams from data foundations to GenAI use cases.

What you'll be doing

You’ll join our AI & Data team and be started on client projects across Belgium.

• Build, test and deploy AI agents in Copilot Studio: agents that answer questions, connect to company data and take repetitive tasks off people’s plates.
• Connect agents to company knowledge and data (SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs).
• Write and fine-tune agent instructions so answers stay accurate and reliable.
• Sit with business users, understand what they really need, and turn it into concrete use cases.
• Document your work and help move it to production.

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 to 5 years of hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• You’ve already built flows and automations from start to finish.
• A first experience in a large organisation or a consulting firm.
• Fluent in English and in French or Dutch.

Bonus points

• Copilot Studio agents already running in production.
• Comfort with APIs, JSON and custom connectors.
• Some scripting (C#, TypeScript or Python), for example to build an MCP server.
• Exposure to Azure (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI) or Power Platform certifications.
