Job summary

Datashift, a fast-growing data and AI consultancy, seeks an AI Automation Consultant to help clients design and implement low-code automation using Copilot Studio and Power Platform. You’ll translate business challenges into scalable solutions, lead workshops, and partner with data and AI stakeholders to deliver end-to-end automation while promoting responsible AI use.

Fluent Dutch and English are required, with medior to senior consultancy experience and a passion for turning AI into measurable

Qualifications

• Medior to senior consultancy experience with client exposure.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Ability to translate business processes into automation.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs.

Your Role

As a AI Automation Consultant, you help clients identify, design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using low-code technologies.

You combine business understanding with hands‑on implementation skills. You analyse processes, identify opportunities and translate them into AI agents and automations that create measurable impact. From discovery workshops and use‑case definition to implementation, governance and adoption, you guide customers throughout the entire journey.

You will work on projects involving Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and modern AI capabilities to automate business processes, build AI agents and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Design and build AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Lead workshops to identify automation opportunities and define business requirements.

Translate business challenges into scalable low-code solutions.

Implement, test and optimize business process automations.

Job requirements

Who You Are

You have medior to senior-level experience in consultancy and enjoy working closely with clients.

You have hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

You have experience with Power Platform technologies such as Power Automate and Power Apps.

You understand how business processes work and can translate them into practical automation solutions.

You are comfortable facilitating workshops, capturing requirements and engaging with stakeholders.

You have a strong interest in AI, automation and the opportunities these technologies create.

You have experience in designing solutions leveraging generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)

You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.

Nice To Have

Experience with Generative AI use cases, AI agents or Azure AI services.

Experience working in data and analytics environments.

The ambition to contribute to presales, identify opportunities or help grow an emerging AI Automation offering.
