Qualifications

• Experience as a manager in a logistics environment (automotive industry a plus).
• Clear communication, motivate others in a positive way, and aren’t afraid to make adjustments when necessary.
• Maintain a clear overview, even during peak periods.
• Hands-on and willing to pitch in where needed.
• Take initiative and think in a solution-oriented way.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of operators and guide them in daily tasks.
• Ensure tasks are assigned correctly and monitor performance.
• Oversee the quality, safety, and efficiency of the logistics process.
• Train and support new employees so they quickly feel at home.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively contribute ideas for optimization.
• Report on team results to the Shift Leader and assist with reporting.
