Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager fluent in English to join our Brussels-based client in an onsite role. The position is Full time/Permanent and based in Brussels, Belgium, with work carried out onsite at client premises or company facilities.

You will integrate into the Development team, working closely with a major client’s IT team on site, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and shaping business requirements for the software development process.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT with 8 years IT experience.
• Excellent experience with stakeholder management in large projects.
• Proven negotiation skills with business and IT actors.
• Experience with business administration or PR, customer relation, stakeholder management.
• Ability to prepare meeting materials and facilitate meetings.
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative processes.
• Excellent command of English.

Our client, a leading Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operates internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Hong-Kong, Valetta, etc). Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.

Role Overview

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Customer relationship manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 8 years;
• Excellent experience with managing stakeholders in large project;
• Experience in negotiation with actors from the business and IT community;
• Experience with business administration or public relations studies/domain, customer relation and stakeholder management;
• Experience with preparation materials for meetings with committees/clients ;
• Experience with meeting facilitation and communication handling;
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Excellent command of the English language.
