NN Belgium is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Expert to design and steer a modern total rewards framework. You will translate global guidelines into the Belgian context and advise senior stakeholders on reward topics with data-driven insights.

You will lead governance to ensure legal compliance, run salary reviews and incentive programs, and drive projects like flexible pay and digitalization. The role offers hybrid work in Brussels and a path to impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s level thinking with 5+ years in compensation & benefits
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social and fiscal legislation
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to translate datasets into insights
• Experience with benchmarking tools and HR systems (e.g. Workday)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Autonomous with ownership and impact focus
