NN Belgium is hiring a Junior Product Manager to help shape products for small businesses and self-employed clients in a hybrid Brussels setting. You will support product development from concept to launch, and work with internal stakeholders to align with business goals.

The role requires a foundational knowledge of business insurance, around 2 years in product management or a related role, and fluent Dutch with working French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or law, or equivalent experience.
• Foundational knowledge of business insurance (Property, Motor, Liability, etc.).
• Around 2 years experience in product management or related role in insurance.
• Analytical thinker with customer focus and initiative.
• Fluent in Dutch; good French and English.

Responsabilités

• Support the team in developing and optimizing products for small businesses and self-employed clients.
• Contribute to full product development lifecycle from concept to launch with stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and translate into new product ideas with experienced colleagues.
• Define positioning of our product offering across markets and distribution channels.
