NN Belgium is seeking a Product Owner Employee Benefits to shape strategy, backlog and delivery in a SAFe environment. You will align business goals with IT, drive digital journeys for customers, partners and employees, and translate insights into actionable features and improvements.

You will partner with stakeholders, Agile teams and portfolio managers to deliver value, while balancing long-term vision with short-term execution in a flexible, hybrid setup in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product ownership and transformation.
• Strong affinity with financial services and Employee Benefits.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, ideally SAFe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

• Define and communicate the vision, roadmap and priorities for one or more Employee Benefits products.
• Identify opportunities to improve and digitalize customer, partner and employee journeys.
• Translate business needs into features, epics and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile teams, architects and other Product Owners.
• Support Agile ceremonies and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and facilitate collaboration.
• Monitor market trends and translate them into improvement opportunities.

You represent the business for one or more key products and processes within the EB domain and act as the bridge between business and IT.You identify the needs of customers, distribution partners and employees and translate these insights into digital solutions and process improvements that create value.
